Non installation of connection/cheating

Dear Sir,

I clicked the link on the airtel digital tv website and was approached by one Akhilesh Kumar of Vriti infocom. He promised to get the airtel digital tv installed on the day of deposit. A sum of Rs. 4350/- was deposited on 18-11. Nothing was heard for two days despite repeated calls. I received an e mail on the evening of 19th telling me the details of the vouchers with the advice to contact the customer care number of airtel digital tv. They advised me to contact the local dealer to get the set top box number and vc number. When I contacted Akhilesh he told me that the installation will not be done by airtel in tier III city. The name of the city was known to them from the day one. Now I have no connection and am poorer by 4350/- Isn't this a cheating?
