False promise of Holiday package in Goa on purchase of Airtel Digital TV

I had booked my airtel digital tv online. The person who contacted me had told me about the offer and also said that i will be given an holiday package in Goa via email. I have spoken to the person and also send him emails requesting about the holiday package, but no response. Vriti Interactive does not stand by the oral promise, they just fool customers and sell their products. Actually, I thought that Airtel would call me for the connection but this is just another fooling agent concerned with their sales target and incentive.
