Airtel digitel tv additional connection subsctibtion
Got te money for instalation of an additional connection and not effected since 4th January

I do have an Airtel digitel tv connection since December. And my customer ID is 3000179435. On January 4th of i applied for an additional connction. On the same day the following dealer 'REAL VALUE MARKETING', No.1, sait colony, first street, IInd floor, Egmore, Chennai - 600 006 spoke to me and promised all the processes o instalations for a sum of Rs. 1750/= an send some of his technical peopole and installed the set top box and and collected the cheque for the said amount promising that I can view the channels from the same day itself. Te bill number he produced for the instalation is 2139 date 4.01.2010.

Till now the activation has not been effected, and i have made UMPTEEN calls to the customer care division of AIRTEL DIGITEL TV and till date neither the AIRTER IS RESPONDING NOR THE DEALER who collected the money and walked away, .
