Non receipt of cylinde

I, Mr Animesh Chowdhury have booked gas cylinder on 10.11.2011 and have not received the delivery yet. On 30th November, I personally visited the centre, they promised me delivery next day but didnt keep their words. Its a regular affair every month. M/s Radharaman Gas Service, 72, Gangapuri, Kolkata-93 is the concerned dealer and my consumer number is T599.Am highly dissatisfied and dont know what to do.my contact no is 9433050300.
