Commurative coin booking at kolkotta mint
Coin not recieved

Sir/Madam,

I had booked for commurative coins through net with kolkotta mint. The payment was processed succesful with the HDFC bank payment gateway on April-14 for an amount of Rs. 11862. I also recieved my order number ORD32837 .As per the order form i should have recieved within 6 month from may. But till now i have not recieved the coin. I have tryed to call several times to the kolkotta mint in alipore but no use. Please suggest me to get this issue resolved.
