NON DELIVERY OF GAS REFIL BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS

SIR/MADAM,

i would like to inform you that the agency[SHRI GANESH GAS SERVICE 164 CIVIL LINES STATION ROAD BAREILLY U.P.] is not provided the refil cylinder after 10-15 days of initial booking a number of times to us and when we complaint it to the agency, always they said there is very shortage. it is very regretfull that the booking is made after 21 days and the cylinder supplied after 30-40 days. but the gas is availabe in black, kindly look into metter that supply quickly take place and black marketing should be abolished. i have booked the gas on 22-4 consumerno is 1480 booking no4118 but till now i have no gas cylinder and have to take it in black market. from-Shikhar Mehrotra 231 subhash nagar bareilly u.p. pin code-243001consumer no 1480
