Gprs not work

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i have activate GPRS on my mobile no. 9931955525 but GPRS not working & only web page opening in Mobile set, I have complain many time to customer care executive but he has ignore and told me the services have already activated on your mobile and then after the customer care service close on my no. This is not happening 1st time, this is a big networking services in India, I am very hopeless for behaviour of customer care executive. cc not response my no. I have a lot of problem for disconnect my gprs when i active gprs so sow on my N-6300 mobile "Packet data connection not abaviable.

Please, activate GPRS services on my mobile no for using GPRS services on PC
