NON ACTIVATION OF GPRS

Sir,

I have done easy recharge of Rs 299/- on 18/11/07 for use of Airtel GPRS facility. My cell no is 919937280026. I have contacted many times the customer care, and given a complain no. 112209361600 on dated 21/11/07. After that followed many times but invain. Again on 16/12/07, I sent a sms in 121 for non resole of my problem. On 17/12/07 a got a sms stating the problem to be resolved by 18/12/07. But till date the problem is pending unresolved. Pl. help me out.
