Hi,
I am really very happy finding WORST service provided by AIRTEL. Reasons for the
same are:
1. GPRS activation took the period from 20 th may to 25 th may. SMS
(AGPRS is not working at all)
2. required continuous follow-up.
3. customer service response time was worst. Also getting the reason that
Saturday our systems are down so can't help. Please change the slogan to 20X 6
instead of 24 X 7.
4. Has to listen to STD@1.50 every time which is most irritating. Even-though I
am having STD@0.99.
5. Got response from the Team Lead that we can't give you the 'Hisaab of each
hour'.
6. no response from Customer care for a long time.
7. Why are you telling a customer that your service will be activated within 4
hours when it is taking more than 24 hours.
8. Also I have registered my number in DO NOT Disturb services of AIRTEL, bit still I am getting calls from AIRTEL Executives itself. Isn't it a joke. how can Airtel use DO NOT DISTURBE service registered people's number, and call them?
What is guarantee that in the future same case may not happen.
Also find out the person who have responded arrogantly from the audio recordings
and do let me know what action you have taken against him.
Waiting for a fast response but know that my expectation is not correct.
Previously I was having a respect for AIRTEL as it is an INDIAN organization but
now my experience is really BAD. should I believe in Airtel.
