AIRTEL/GPRS
DEACTIVATE GPRS PROBLEM

Activate some wrong gprs on my mobile.

bcoz of this weekly Rs.10 deduct from my balance.

airtel customer care says that they cant do any thing.

they advising me that plz deactivate that from airtel internet service. but i am failed to deactivate that thing.

plz do some thing.

i am a student. i can bear this expense.

I WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF U R TAKING ANY STEPS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
