Delay in Activation

I have brought the Airtel HD DVR on 18th Sunday 2011 thru Airtel online (IVR) and Total cost of HD DVR is Rs.4340/- by using the ICICI Credit Card (Transaction ID: 079083) which is given by airtel customer care on successfully transaction. After more than 10 times follow-ups the Installation is done yesterday (21/9) and STD ID: 03086688987 and VC No: 000086833722 are mentioned here for activation.

So far nothing is done by your end to activation the package and it always displays as Error Code: 6

Please do the needful as soon as possible or return my money back and take the airtel STB. If it is not done by today itself.
