Cheating and wrong guidance. Non refund

I got a call for buy a new SIM card from one of the franchise of the Airtel and I agreed as the scheme was attractive.

They gave me a card and took 600/- Rupees cash (I have the receipt). Next day a guy from Airtel came to confirm my bill plan. The bill plan information with him was totally different. I rejected and mentioned in the feedback form.

He said your money would be refunded and its 4 Months now and the refund is not done. the number that i was promised was also not given.
