Lack in providing service

I am Airtel prepaid customer since Nov and my cell number is 9970952466. On Saturday, 27th Sept all my communication i.e. incoming and outgoing calls were blocked. So I called up customer care executive and they told me that I need to submit my documents (identification proof and photograph). Since Sunday was holiday and since I am a Engineering college going student, I submitted the documents Monday evening at Goa’s airtel distributor “Kundaikar enterprises” at Borda, Margao Goa. They told me that it would get activated on Tuesday night. But still it wasn’t activated. So today morning, i.e Wednesday 1st Oct I went there to ask them and they told me that it would be activated at 6.30pm. But again I am disappointed with the service provided by Airtel. Still my number is out of service.

Since tomorrow is Gandhi Jayanti, which is a national holiday, therefore I request you to take necessary action against this at the earliest.
