SEC deposit refund not given

Hi,

I surrendered my phone 9810211078 2 months back with Airtel (bharti Airtel Mobile) and got it relocated to new number 9972581078 in Bangalore. There was a deposit of 8000/ which is not refunded in spite of many complaints. The latest (1 month back) complain number is: 18927414.

My current phone number is: 9972581078 and email id is: bslb18@yahoo.com

Please refund my money.
