Egarding "TA BPQ" voicemail fraud

I received a text message from "TA-BPQ" saying "you have 1 new bpq voicemail, call 447559048924". when i called a guy said "I am from prizeline and your number has been selected for a guaranteed cash prize of $2500 cash that will be delivered at your home address just conform your number to collect your prize" than there were a couple of questions regarding number, network, personal details, etc... when the call ended i was amazed to see it was rs9.20/minute i was charged for that call. this is a serious bullshit and i need an immediate action against such kind of spams..i also want my miney back it is just impossible to believe that a network provider like airtel is unaware of such a fraud. i just want a strict action to regulate your services. in the absence of appropriate action i will have to discontinue from your services and inform about such an irresponsible behaviour to higher authorities.
