NDNC registry

My mobile number 9840995544 got registered under NDNC category vide reference number S1009661261, dt.25.01.2009 and has been confirmed by AIRTEL, Chennai. Even after completion of 9 months from the date of registration under NDNC, still I am receiving 'unwanted calls and messages'. And also, I am surprised that my mobile number 9840995544 is showing as 'NOT AN ACTIVE DND NUMBER' on NDNC registry of TRAI website.

When I wrote mail to TRAI, I am instructed to approach Service Provider (AIRTEL). Accordingly, I sent emails to 121@airtel.in and nodalofficer@airtel.in ONE MONTH back apart from verbal complaint through Airtel Customer Care.

My complaint has not been resolved so far.
