I have disconnected 2 airtel cell numbers in december a) 9867051004 b) 9892542812 Those numbers got disconnected immd and even the sim cards were destroyed. But in Airtel record they were active till Feb. In mid Feb Airtel confirmed that these two numbers are disconnected and the refund of credit balacnce will be issued in 45 working days till date the customer care dept has no idea of the status of these refunds. Every week they give a diff request number and just dump the issue. Every time 30-35 mins I need to explain them and they assure it would be settled but no luck. Please suggest the right way to deal with them
