Outgoing call inactivated inspite of submission of documents

I had taken new airtel connection my no is 9910104772.
Inspite of submitting all the documents, malls being stopped, moreover when i complained about the same to customer care, I receive a message that your id is 3765570 and your std calls are activated, but the same not done.
When I called again in customer care they told that we not receive your documents but I submitted all the documents at the centre. My outgoing calls are still not started.
Requesting you to please do the needful urgently.
