Respected sir,
My Mobile No's are 09897107328/09897316325.This is my jodi pack connection this is
disconnecting dated 30-10. I am facing problem with the last one month for my last balance
& validity hasbeen changed at 16-11. I am sending so many mails but i can't geting
positive response from your customer care. my last balance since dated on 14-11 9:00 pm
Appr. Rs 420/- & my expiring validity is 15-oct. both are changed to 16-11 between
the 14-11 9:00 pm to 16-11 10:25 pm at this time the msg display "Your SIM
registration failed. after this time the validity & amount changed.
Plz, Find out the problem ASAP. Because i am facing problem since 30-10 9:30 pm.
