Horrible service

Hi... can anyone pls provide me the email id of Airtel-Mumbai's CSD-Head, am just sick of their service & am switching over to Vodafone, but before that would like to express my grievence to the higher authority, needless to mention, Airtel Customer Care is full of idiots, who doesnt even understands the problem & shoots pre-formatted replies... strangely Nodal Officer doesnt reply to emails neither his number is free... this is just disgusting... if u guys have email id of Mumbai Circle's CSD or Zonal Head... it would be of great help.
