NO ACTIVATION OF GPRS

I'm living in hadapsar, pune, at satyampuram, and my prob is i'm not getting activated with GPRS SINCE LAST MONTH, i call ur service centre they arw saying that, it will be getting activated within 24 hrs, but i think threre is big prob in server so pls do something. My mobile is good having all the facilities so there is no prob about mobile. I'm sending GPRSACT msg to 511 since last 40 days, reply is activation failed try again... what is this???
