Mine is a rather pity case in which even my wife 's along with mine was tapped as in a childs game with out knowing the repurcussions or mental torture invilved in it for an Organisation none for its non-professionalism and human right violations. I had changed 5 telephones, compalined to the local Hr and they never felt that it is invasion of privacy and Human rights as per the telephonic acts of the country. This tapped conversations is used for settling personall scores

and for local harasment and gimmicks... It is time to rake up this kind of issue's in a democratic country like India.

Kindly intimate if any one has any relative experience like this... In fact semss that this kind of a issue is still pending in Hariyna and UP courts and even leading lawyers like Mrs. Nanditha Hsker &
