Airtel gave a post paid connection to me in Mar 09 at Delhi with 12 months advance rental. They promptly stop outgoing one fine day saying that its Because my cridt limit of Rs 500 has been exceeded. I was never informed of this. When I checked up, for a 14 Apr due date I prepaid the amount of Rs 700 on 06 March 09 with assurance that all services ahall be restored. In the evening, When I checked personnaly at the Airtel office at DWARKA, now they said address verifaction has failed.By next day morning the connection had been terminated. Now I dont know what to do than move the court. I hope no other customer suffered like this.
