Dear Sir,

This is with respect to the unnecessary amount that has been auto-debited from my account after closing my airtel postpaid connection. I raised a connection closure request on Dec-19 as I was moving out of the country. To close the connection it has taken around 3 months. Apart from it airtel used to debit the minimum charge from my account.

Finally after a lot of emails and phones to airtel customer care, I was able to close my connection. How ever the extra amount was not refunded back. They sent the refund cheque to my postal address in bangalore when I had clearly mentioned them that I will be moving out of the country.

In further communication, they requested to give my local frineds address so that they will be posting the cheque to him directly but this has happened around a couple of months back.

Apart from it they debited Rs: 60.18/- from my account in the last month. So, I had come to a conclusion that this should be escalated to a higher level and am writing this mail to you with immense level of frustration.

I had spent thousands of rupees to make ISD calls and speak to the customer care.

Please resolve this issue as early as possible
