Refund of Deposit

My mobile no is 9860368719 which was pospaid I stop this mobile in month of Decemeber 2008 and paid all the balance amount but till now I didnt got my refund deposit I complained to office they the reply that we send the refund cheque but due not proper address it is returned but I say that I got the bills of same mobile and I have paid also which is correct address
