I have purchased a EUREKA Forbes Water Purifier (Infiniti) form your Customer Sales Executive Mr. Shivraj Gavli in Pune vide your Tax Invocie No. / Receipt No. 074061. When he came to sell the above Purifier he told us the price is Rs. 9990.00 and in exchange we will get Rs.1000 refund of our old machine (water purifier) via cheque form the company within 15 days from the date of installation of the new machine. (He has mentioned the same in the Bill copy also)

We have contacted Mr Gavli whose mobile no. is 8055590595 but to no proper response. I am only getting the assurance and commitment from him over phone. He always say that he will come today or tomorrow but never turned up.
