Billing inspite of repeated requests for deactivation of mobile numbe

I had given standing instructions to deactivate my Airtel mobile number 9730034791. I had also spoken to Airtel's customer care executives as well as those from retention department. I had send e-mails as well. Still airetel sends me bills for this number.
