Illegal charging for messages

SUBMITTNG for your kind consideration and favourable disposal.. I sent only 62 messages to my friends. but airtel by telling illegal points, they charged charges for 3 messages against each messages, ie, thrible times. I submitted a complaint on oct. 1st with ref.no. F- 563905672 to 121 customer care. but no response till today ' I send message of 8 characters. but they are saying illegal points for the charges imposed. please help me by giving a solution and not repeat like complaints in future.
