About subscription pack on airtel live

I have activated airtel live daily subscription pack which costs Rs 10 per day... then i deactivated it but still for past 2 weeks Rs 10 is debited from my account even after complaint... i called customer care 3 to 4 times each time their reply is " sir, that pack has been deactivated for your number but we dont no the reason why still 10 Rs is debited from your account"...
