Airtel/prepaid
I couldn't make call while Roaming!!!

Sir,

This is Muraleetharan. R from Ernakulam, Kerala. I am using the prepaid Airtel connection. My mobile number is 919633978282. The problem is I couldn't make any call to any mobile/landline while roaming. Even I couldn't make call to Airtel customer care. But incoming is working fine.

This is happening for all the Airtel customer who are all roaming particularly in Madurai, Tamilnadu. I made a call when I was roaming at Coimbatore and Karaikudi, Tamilnadu state. But the same is not possible when I was in Madurai.

I have complaint about this by calling 121 customer care (Tamilnadu) from Tamilnadu Airtel mobile 3 to 4 times and Kerala customer care also from my mobile. I didn't get any reply from them.

Tamilnadu customer care representative asked me to contact Kerala customer care and they said both network is different.

Can anyone please do the needful?
