Activation Of a service in a cheating manne

Dear sir

I had already lodged a complaint on 29.05.09. Against which I recieved a phone call from a Ph. no. 919845012345 at 12:17. Person on ph. asked me about complaint I lodged, and said that I myself activated the service by pressins the * button. I refused and said that why I will spend money to make listen the song to others. More over how can I oress any button while my ph. is totaly silent.

He replied O.K. sir I will again enquire and come to you. That is the latest update.
