Changed traiff without an notice

Respected chairperson,

This is to inform u that i have been using airtel prepaid connection number 9915318884 since 3 years, i used top up card of Rs 89 for low call rates in which airtel to airtel is 0.15 paisa, airtel to other mobile is 0.65 paisa, airtel to landlinere 1 thereafter the company gave me the plan in which Rs 3 would be deducted per day and call rates would remain same with 0.10 paisa local sms and 0.30 paisa STD sms till i disconnect the number or convert the number to lifetime for this confirmation i have called to customer care and they commited the plan... but now the company on 23rd sep. 2009 changed my plan without any prior notice and when i complainted to customer care they said nothing can be done and now they are charging Rs 1.5 per day with call rate airtel to airtel 0.40 paisa and others 0.65 paisa and landline Re 1... so i request u to please look into the matter and solve the problem as early as possible...
