Sir,

I am regular user of airtel prepaid. my no is 972 555 3993, in gujarat. since the day of dipawali, my customer care is stopped. means i can not use customer care no 121. because as per informed me, i had maximum use of customer care. I asked, how much time, it was 3 times a day. I think, if customer is in need, and call cust care more than 3 times, it is company is duty to fulfill customer, as they blow their baloons, any time, any where service. before requesting you, i tried from my another no 9898005043, and requested to help, but in the reward, its service for customer care 121 is also banned.

I tried their airtel noddle no 079-40090437, but it is always engage.

i think, as a customer it is my right to ask for help to my company, any time.
