Not Honouring Message sent by SMS

I am an Airtel prepaid customer. My mobile number is 9789940039. I received a SMS from airtel on 5-9-09 and I quote 'Spedial offer for you! RC202=202 Talktime on EC! Extra TT of Rs 20.86 will be credited within 48 hours. Offer valid only for one recharge. Dial 171195. Sender AT Promo message center. 919840000232. Sent 5- Nov- 2009. 10:12:10 am. The SMS did not specify whether this is "My offer for the day" and further did not specify any time limit for offer validity. After confirming with an Airtel customer executive at 121 that I will indeed get Talktme worth Rs 222.86. I did a reharge for Rs 202 today (8-9-09) at around 1 pm. To my surprise I found out that Only Rs 181.14 was credited to my Talk time. When I contacted Airtel in 121 the customer care executive sounded evasive. I trust Airtel will credit Rs 222.86 To my account within 48 hours as promised in their SMS.
