Message sending problem

It has been observed some of the local as well as to other states, messages are not being sent by my connection. The problem has been started since 21st of March.

In some numbers messages are delivered on the other hand in some numbers it shows either pending or not sent to.

The messages which shows pending, later on shows as not sending in due course. The reason is not understandable.

It is therefore requested that the problem may please be looked upon and short out the same immediately.

An early action is solicited.
