Airtel Pre Paid Card
Deduction of Rs. 3 on Unsolicited message on Airtel Prepaid

Hello,

On my mother's Airtel number 9665984540, we have continually been getting unsolicited Thought of the Day messages from the number 290603.

Each time we receive this message, Rs. 3 gets deducted from our account balance. We have NOT subscribed to this service. On calling customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and said she has no record of such images and could not stop it.

Please find attached the screenshots of a few of the messages received.

It is my request to a senior official from Airtel to stop these messages and this obviously rampant abuse of public trust.
