DEDUCTION OF SMS PACK -MOBILE NO.9910920090

D/Sir,

I am having Prepaid Airtel connection for Mobile No.9910920090.

Repeatedly twice an amount of Rs.38/- was deducted from my account as per details given below WHICH WAS NOT USED BY ME.

15TH SEPTEMBER : 1049 a.m

24TH SEPTEMBER : 1730 p. M

The above Telephone is in the name of my son shri Amandeep Singh who is at present a minor and student.

The deduction was made from my prepaid accouunt when the same was not used by me and at that time the mobile was kept at residence and my minor son had gone to school & study.

I request you to investigate the same and inform the same to undersigned and pay back the money to my account, otherwise, I will be compelled to take suitable legal action.
