Airtel Prepaid Connection

Hi,

My name is Milan Thapa and I am using a Airtel prepaid connection 9897616202 from last 3 years before it was postpaid but i converted it to prepaid from last 1month I am facing a problem that whenever I recharge my account Airtel dedcut and balance and I complain so many time to Customer Care but again and again they do the same. I want to be with this number becoz its very important for me. So plz help me for this.
