Airtel Prepaid connection top up
Instaed of increasing TAlktime by Rs.500, got a power pack, which i already had!!

I applied for a topup of value: Rs. 500.00, through internet site "http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/payments/prepaid_refill/pre_refill.htm#internet", using HDFC bank account. I was informed that any value between Re.1 and Rs.1000 was valid.

Instead of increased talk time, i got a message that a Power pack was successfully activated on my number. During the transaction (transaction ID:1120200812195936427), I have not entered anywhere that I wanted a Power PAck. I just wanted a simple refill. I already had a Power pack so I dont need an overlapping duplicate power pack. I want this new power pack to be cancelled. I also want my talk time increaded by Rs. 500. I want to know how to go about this.
