Dear sir,

During my recent Banglore visit i recharged my mobile on 14th may for Rs.110 from SAGAR TRAVELS VIDEOS AND MOBILE Near SAGAR foods, ' Abhay Mansion'. Devasandra main road, opp.venugopal swamy temple, K.R.pura, banglore-36, mob.no-9886245530, but forgot to tell him that the sim belonged to maharashtra. However i was credited just Rs.10, on speaking to local customer care service officer shri. Rajneesh, i was told that he has sent a message to mumbai customer care regarding my loss & they would call me the next day around 9 am on my given local no i.e 9449375193.But no call was made to me. Hence i request you to redress my problem & credit my correct amount to my account.
