Fake lottery message

I received an sms on my airtel mobile no. 9815612812 by shell company uk international mobile draw

at 3:00 am IST on 10 may stating that i had won 5 lakh GBP. This is a fake lotto msg and the mobile service provider i.e airtel should be held responsible for such an act of fraud. and further the mobile numbers of the airtel customers should not be distributed like that. Strict action should be taken against this.
