Sim card activation

I have taken duplicate sim card on 21/07 and i assured it will activate by evening. Till today activation was not happened.

Now they given new time line for activation ..29/07.

My Mobile number : 9845933265

New sim no 40101669957.

I have very important business meetings with this number and i can not change my number.

For activation it will take hardly 2 hours... but why taking days first and again 4 more days. This is totally unaccetable service from Airtel. Pl take necessary this rectify the issue.
