Efund of ticket cancellation charges

sir,

i have booked the ticket through your website on my credit card PNR no. Y3KFCV. since, i am on official visit so promo code should be in the ticket. Due to non picking up promo code of our bank i.e RPNB1 in case of indiviudal member i have to cancelled the ticket on the same day and i.e. wihtin half an hour. I have been charged ticket cancellation charges rs.750.00. If i would not cancelled the ticket then i will loss of rs.3389 i.e. ticket charges.

i request you to waive the ticket cancellation charges and credit the same in my credit card account.
