Not received the setting of GPRS CARD

My mobile number is 9793512192. I have activated my GPRS {mo} CARD on 27/8 in the morning. After that I have not received my internet settings. For that I have registered many times complaint in the customer care services No. 121. But still now also I have not received the settings. My GPRS Card Serial No. -10000000015579. Please do help me
