Cancelled route changed train reservation is available on irctc.co.in

Tain no 8478 kalingautkal express train route has been changed for many days before due to some distubed area .but the resevation is available for the earlier stations on irctc booking site. How a pessanger know that the train will not go to his destination while the reservation is avalable on site.

After knowing aboutthe route change, i am not geeting resevation of the same date by other train.

kindly rectify this issue to not get stuck in the same problem to other pessengers.
