Short delivery of petrol & diesel

Sir, this is regarding the malfunctioning & irregularities found at the IBP petrol pump- Ajay Service Station, Shahdara border, Delhi-110095.

Sir, I am a transporter & having a fleet of about 25 trucks. Earlier I was having daily dealing with a HPCL petrol pump. But due to some reasons i started taking fuel from ajay service station since last year. But in this whole span of time I was cheated badly. I am feeling like I have been looted of lacs of rupees. Few days back two of my drivers told me that the pump staff opens the cover of a diesel machine in night & do some thing inside it with some tools, and after that they strongly insist every diesel vehicle to take the fuel from that machine only. This machine always deliver the diesel in lesser quantity as shown by the machine display. once I myself asked to get me the machine checked by the staff, but they made excuse of not having the 5ltr measure in night. I am very sure that this petrol pump is delivering about 10% less diesel & petrol by the machines, and making huge profits and duping the general public. In this way the trust of public from indian oil will also get ruined.

I have also sent a complaint to the W & M controller, & the oil ministry.

I deeply request you to kindly look into the matter at you earliest convenience as it is in the interest of the whole nation too.
