A.J.Enterprise/TNG Cotton Shirt and Pant
Colour from shirt spoiled the pant during first wash

One cotton shirt and one pant was purchased from A J Enterprise, 2B Anand Mahal Chamber, Opposite Sreeji Arcade, Adajan, Surat, 395009 (Ph : 0261 6552302) on 15th March'08 against bill no. 3369, bill book no. 34 by spending Rs. 1200/-. During the first wash, colour from shirt got mixed with pant and spoiled the pant. Immediately on 2nd April'08, I went to the shop and explained the problem. The manager saw the cloths and said that condition of shirt is good and you can use it by washing separately. He kept the pant saying that he will discuss with the manufacturer (Ankit Garment) and arrange for replacement within 3/4 days.. One slip was also issued against that admitting defective piece. Ween there was no response for about 10 days, I went and met the same manager. He said nothing can be done as some other cloth was also washed with it and some other colour is also there. Moreover there is no guarantee for cotton cloths which is written in the bill. I did not take the pant back from. Please tell me how can I get justice.
