Not giving better service to the customers

My name is mohd ameer, I am having the consumer number 622156 from ajit enterprises, hyderabad

i am really fed up of the service which is provided by ajit enterprises.when i will be booking the refill they will be taking the order after 2 days when i booked the cylinder when i ask them they will immediately negotiate

ex: suppose i am booking on 5 oct then they will book the cylinder on 7 oct

and that to the delivery date on the bill will be 2 days earlier than the date i got the refill

ex: if i am getting the cylinder on 7 oct then on the bill the date will be 05 oct

when i ask this question then they will be giving the response as bill will be printed 2 days prior to the delivery

i have 1 more connection from swami enterprises consumer number 611613 and the service they are providing is really great

i request you to please take nessary action regarding my complaint or else hp gas will be losing his customers because of the service provided by the agencies like ajit enterprises
