Unauthorised selling of my gas cylinders to others

Without booking I received the gas cylinder from the distriutor on 7/9/09.After the cylinder delivered to my home the delivery boy came back and took the cylinder from my home saying that the cylinder is not intented for me. The agency is not giving the token even after showing the ration card also. I request you take necessary action against them.
