They cheated in the name of service

Sir,

I got the details from JustDial about this company and contacted them for servicing of my Seimens washing machine 15 days back. The person supposed to visit my place was Satish. He visited and taken away motor in the name of replacement and also taken away 2000 Rs. The machine was up and running at this time. He did not return for 5 days. After painful followups he returned with a machine but it was not compatible with electrical sockets. He tried to cut the socket and tried to fit it. When he started the machine one PCB got burned. He has taken away PCB and never returned. I am tired of following up.By chance if they pick up phone, they say they will come today/tomorrow. But they never came back. My machine was up and running before these people came for servicing. I lost 2000 Rs. I lost lot of money on phone. I lost lot of money on laundry because the machine is dead since they visited. There service is awfully pathetic. Can somebody help me?
